2. Orders & Payments

3. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final.

Tella Design Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or buyer's remorse.

Digital products are also final sale and are not eligible for refunds after purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

4. Digital Products

Digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal use unless otherwise stated.

Digital products may not be:

• Redistributed

• Shared with others

• Copied for commercial purposes

• Uploaded to websites or file-sharing platforms

• Claimed as your own work

Because digital products are delivered electronically, Tella Design Creations cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, application, or software program.

5. Physical Products

Physical stationery products may have slight variations in color, printing, placement, or appearance due to differences in monitors, printers, materials, and manufacturing processes.

These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Personalized orders are created using the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing their information carefully before submitting an order.

6. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Tella Design Creations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, lost packages after confirmed delivery, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and product.

All designs, logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, written content, and other materials associated with Tella Design Creations are owned by or licensed to Tella Design Creations unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without written permission.
